CRS specialise in the refurbishment of industrial units.

We provide a complete building refurbishment service for commercial landlords and their agents. Our works involve, the ‘strip out’ at end of lease on industrial units, refurbishment work which encompasses our specialist ‘in house’ trades. i.e. blast cleaning, concrete floor repairs and coatings, Nullifire and decorative treatment to steel frames.

All necessary mechanical and engineering works are encompassed within our service. However, for this element we employ established subcontractors who provide full certification on completion.

We are aware that refurbishment of this nature has to be extremely cost effective and to a short programme to ensure the units can be re-let or marketed quickly.

Our brief is to provide an honest practicable service.
