The property needed to stand out among similar assets while balancing aesthetic enhancements with tenant-friendly features. We approached the project by modernising and optimising key external elements. The parking areas were re-sprayed and upgraded, offering tenants a clean and professional space. Barrier controls were installed to enhance security, and the property was re-fenced to ensure safety and privacy. These updates provided tenants with a secure environment tailored to their needs while achieving the desired “wow” factor.
