IN2 Consult, a recruitment start-up, required a workspace that could support its rapid growth from a team of five to 35. With a limited budget, the challenge was to create a functional, future-proof environment that maximised the space’s potential while delivering an attractive, versatile design to support staff and client needs.
Challenges & Solutions
The space was compact, requiring innovative solutions to make it feel larger and more dynamic. The recruitment industry’s competitive nature also demanded features like breakout areas for hosting events and a kitchen space that was both functional for employees and impressive for visiting clients. Through clever design and strategic planning, we created a layout that optimised every inch of the space.
Breakout areas were integrated seamlessly to serve as both relaxation zones and event spaces. Desking arrangements were designed to provide a sense of openness, making the office feel larger. The kitchen was tailored to balance everyday functionality with an inviting aesthetic for client interactions.
