The project required careful consideration to align with the building’s high-end refurbishment standards. Materials had to be moved discreetly, and construction adhered to strict noise and timing restrictions to avoid disrupting occupants. Additionally, the fit-out needed to balance investment costs with flexibility, ensuring tenants could adapt the space without significant changes.

The design incorporated meeting rooms, breakout areas, a tea point, collaboration zones, and neutral furniture and colour schemes. High-security measures were seamlessly integrated into the design. All construction activities were planned out-of-hours to maintain the professional environment of the occupied building.
